Most viral food videos contain food that is guaranteed to make the viewer's mouth water. However, the latest video involves a very strange process that apparently makes cucumbers taste fresher. According to the original video, cutting off the ends of a cucumber and rubbing them all over the vegetable will get rid of the bitter taste, while leaving a white milky substance on the cucumber.
Plenty of videos of people milking cucumbers have since gone viral, as people are not only amazed by the taste, but the strange substance left on the cucumber as well. While some claim the food hack to be a placebo effect, others believe the technique makes the vegetable taste as fresh as possible. Regardless of if it works or not, this may be the strangest thing the internet has ever taught the world.
