It looks like Pete Wentz is done living in Encino, CA because the Fall Out Boy bassist just put his hacienda style home up for sale for a hefty $2.3 million.

Wentz isn't the first famous musician to own this home though.  Apparently he bought it from R&B artist Eric Benet for $1.9 million in 2014.

The house was originally built in the 1950s and was only just remodeled 10 years ago.  And the house is full of features like a basketball court and a saltwater pool and spa under hanging lights.

The listing says the home features five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in 4,091 square feet. Beamed ceilings top the living room, gourmet kitchen and master suite, and the master also contains a spa tub and sauna.
