As anyone looking to buy a new home knows; finding the perfect house is a difficult task that takes time. Whether it’s the exterior, the interior, the location or a number of other factors; one negative can ruin a home’s potential. However, for those looking to make a statement with their new home; the perfect property is now available.
A UFO-like home that has been called “the weirdest” in the country was recently placed on the market with an asking price of $1.7 million. The all steel home is located near Lubbock, Texas and was built by sculptor Robert Bruno. Bruno made completing the home his passion before passing away in 2008. The 2,200 square foot home includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathroom, according to Yahoo.
The home’s strange design has made it a popular Lubbock tourist destination, as visitors and locals travel to check out the UFO-like home. While the house is for sale, it was not completed before Bruno passed away, so the new owners will have some holes to fill. Hopefully they keep up with the space theme.
