Gorillaz announced the release of their eighth studio album as it’s jam-packed with superstar collaborators. Titled Cracker Island, the record will feature appearances from Stevie Nicks, Adeleye Omotayo, Thundercat, Tame Impala, Bad Bunny, Bootie Brown, and Beck.

Cracker Island marks the first record from the Damon Albarn led virtual outfit since their 2020 album Song Machine, Season One: Strange Timez. The album is due for a February 24th release

Coinciding with the album announcement was the release of the single “New Gold,” which features Tame Impala and Bootie Brown. The single made its live debut earlier in August at the All Points East Festival in London as the band brought out both Tame Impala and Bootie Brown to the stage.
