More than two weeks since the conclusion of BottleRock Napa 2021, Sonoma County health officials have said that there were very few COVID-19 cases tied to the 3-day event. Less than 10 cases have been connected to the sold out festival that attracted tens of thousands over Labor Day Weekend.

BottleRock Napa required that all attendees provide proof of vaccination, or a negative test within 72 hours to enter the festival. More than 96% of attendees on the festival's first day showed proof of vaccination.
