Usually it’s ridiculously wrong answers or humorously quirky contestants that get “Jeopardy!” fans clamoring towards their social media pages. But this time the flubs came from the production itself.

This week, it was a bizarre technical glitch that threw fans for a loop – twice!

As Yahoo Entertainment reported, halfway through Monday's Double Jeopardy! round, the contestants' podiums showed completely different scores. Not only were they changed, the scores revealed that contestant Jackie Kelly won with a total of $28,801 – before the game ended – and that contestant Amie Walker came in third with $1,000.

It was just one of the three players, Ryan Guzzo Purcell, whose podium remained with the same dollar amount ($13,200) throughout the mini-meltdown.

In the end, Jackie Kelly did come out triumphant and is currently on a 3-day winning streak.

Needless to say, diehard viewers were quick to log their astonishment right away.

One stunned fan tweeted, “How does this happen?! Jackie’s final jeopardy score displayed well before the final results??”

“They just showed the lady in the middle with $1000 like at the end of the show. Whoops lol,” added another.

And then more confusion from another fan who wrote, “Such a weird edit on today’s @Jeopardy. Midway through double jeopardy, Ryan goes to answer and we see Jackie’s final score and Amie’s placement. I was so confused!!”

The glitch spoiled the ending, at least for those who caught it, as it wasn’t up for long. But as TV Insider noticed, a similar boo-boo happened again the next night!

On Tuesday, some viewers on the West Coast registered that they saw a similar mix-up to the one on the previous episode.

One astute viewer wrapped up the mistake with his tweet: “Weird glitch in tonight’s airing of “Jeopardy” here on the West Coast. After the Jeopardy round and ensuing commercials, they showed Final Jeopardy, and then showed what would have been left of Double Jeopardy and then Final Jeopardy again. Very odd…”

Another added: “Just saw final jeopardy in the middle and again at the end of the show…a glitch in the matrix???”

"Jeopardy!" has not released a public statement in regards to either of the glitches.

Time will tell if more technical mishaps haunt the show this week.
