Bourbon & Eggnog - Mark and Rich from Cask & Coast are back in the studio and mixing up some classic Holiday cocktails with their bourbon! First up we get into the Christmas spirit with a little Bourbon + Eggnog:
1oz Bourbon
4oz Eggnog
1tsp Vanilla
dash of nutmeg
cinnamon stick.
Paired with: Kings of Leon "Genius"

Tuesday
Hot Toddy - Pretty sure everyone's grandmother has given them a version of this when they were sick. The Hot Toddy is a winter staple for those chilly San Diego evenings.
2oz bourbon
1tbsp honey
2tsp lemon juice
1/2cup hot water/tea.
Paired with: Blink-182 "I Won't Be Home for Christmas"

Wednesday
Bourbon Prosecco Cocktail - Suspicions were had when Mark and Rich brought Prosecco in the studio but once their unique mixture was samples all doubt was cast aside! Something fun to try at your Christmas party or NYE celebration, a Bourbon Prosecco Cocktail:
2oz bourbon
2tbsp simple syrup/agave syrup
2dashes of bitters
Prosecco
maraschino cherry
Paired with: The Waitresses "Christmas Wrapping"

Thursday
Christmas Buck - The Buck is a cocktails that goes by many names and it true Cask & Coast fashion, Mark and Rich have taken this recipe and put a little twist on it. What is essentially a bourbon mule, the Christmas Buck is a fun holiday spinoff.
1.5oz bourbon
1oz sweet vermouth
2oz orange juice
1oz cranberry juice
1/2oz agave syrup
fresh cranberries to float
Paired with: Ramones "Merry Christmas (I Don't Want to Fight)"

Friday
Cinnamon Maple Bourbon Cocktail - We've had a few drinks with cherries in them this week, but this one is the cherry on top! Mark and Rich from Cask & Coast throw it all in the the glass for this final cocktail, a spin on a bourbon sour, a beverage you don't really see ordered any more. This is a Cinnamon Maple Bourbon Sour for the holidays.
2oz bourbon
1tbsp maple syrup
1oz lemon juice
pinch of cinnamon spice
1 cinnamon stick
