John Collins - In order to keep the cocktails light and bright for these warm September days, Rich from Cask & Coast is keeping it simple. Almost the exact same ingredients as he bought yesterday with the addition of some brewed Lemonade, all mixed together to create a John Collins cocktail.

Bourbon & Ginger - Rich drew the line at 5 ingredients, so today he just brought two. A simple mix of bourbon and ginger ale to highlight how easy bourbon is to get into and all the flavors in Batch 4.
