Boo Koo IPA - Bursting with flavor and aroma, finished dry, and most importantly hop-forward. This beer is teeming with fruit and pine notes, and its light gold to blonde color make it drink like a session beer.

Tuesday 11/7
Fresh as it Gets - "FARM-TO-KETTLE" BREW FEATURES freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features hop superstar Strata.

Wednesday 11/8
Project X - Hop Monster - Leaning heavily on southern-hemisphere hop varietals like Rakau and Nelson Sauvin, Hop Monster’s sensory journey begins with sweet fruit aromas followed by a tropical mid-palate and smooth finish with a balanced residual sweetness characteristic of NEIPAs without the use of lactose.

Thursday 11/9
Monorail IPA - Brewed specifically for San Diego Beer Week this IPA pulls together all the things we're loving in new world IPAs; light bodied and crisp along with all the tropical hop aromas and piney dankness.

Friday 11/10
Four Season - Autumn '23 - Sazerac Inspired BBA Imperial Stout
This Southern whiskey-based classic leans heavily on barrel-aged spirit and is accented by oak and aromatic bitters. The original utilized a lemon garnish and sometimes, an absinthe wash, which we’ve simulated by adding just a touch of lemon peel and anise, respectively. The sweetness and bitters balance the alcohol while anise and lemon peel draw out the nuances of the whiskey.
