Sharing a message on Instagram thanking everyone for their love and support, Dre wrote, “Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I'm doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”

While the music mogul remains at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, apparently a group of alleged criminals tried breaking into his home, as reported to TMZ.

According to LA law enforcement, a security team spotted 4 men pacing Dre’s Pacific Palisades property early Wednesday around 2AM.

The potential burglary was unsuccessful. After being confronted by security, the 4 men fled the scene. However, police were called arriving almost immediately to chase, catch and arrest the individuals.

Law enforcement believe the men saw reportings of Dre’s medical scare, and saw a window of opportunity knowing that he was in the hospital. The 4 men arrested are currently still in custody.
