NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – Michael Cohen is reportedly ready to publicly state that President Trump broke the law, according to CBS News.

Cohen, Trump's former personal attorney, is scheduled to testify before a House Committee tomorrow.

CBS News reports that during that testimony Cohen will publicly accuse the president of criminal conduct.

Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis, tells the New York Times that Cohen will back up his testimony with documents.

All of this likely has to do with hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels.

Cohen has maintained he was specifically ordered by then-candidate Donald Trump to pay Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet on her claims that she had an affair with Trump.

All of this will be playing out while the president is abroad in Vietnam for his summit with Kim Jong-Un.
