    Joe Patrick is an Atlanta-based sports journalist covering the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta United. He is the managing editor of SB Nation’s Dirty South Soccer blog covering Atlanta United and regularly contributes to MLSsoccer.com’s coverage of the Five Stripes. He has also contributed to The Athletic. Joe is the founder, producer and co-host of the podcast Five Stripe Final.

    Raised in Atlanta, Joe grew up indoctrinated in Atlanta sports via Blue Lot tailgates, fanatical fan sections, and Sunday morning burgers in The Gulch.
