Philadelphia is saying 'Hello!' to Elder Price and Elder Cunningham the first week of October. Personally, I have been waiting six years to see 'The Book of Mormon' again! It quickly became my favorite show and I am so excited that the 9-time Tony award-winning musical returns to the Academy of Music October 1-6, 2024.
With a catchy score and clever, witty lyrics, it's no surprise 'The Book of Mormon' is the brainchild of 'South Park' creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, along with Robert Lopez, the Tony-winning co-creator of the hit Broadway musicals, 'Avenue Q' and 'Frozen'. This outrageous musical comedy follows the adventures of a mismatched pair of missionaries, sent halfway across the world to spread the Good Word. 'The Book of Mormon' is the 14th longest running show in Broadway history, and is still currently playing on Broadway and in London's West End. It has truly become an international sensation!
