A Westeros legend is making his way to Panem! Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage has been cast as Casca Highbottom in The Hunger Games prequel, "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes". The Lionsgate movie is based on the 2020 book of the same name, which is set decades before the adventures of Katniss Everdeen in “The Hunger Games.”
