Positive vibes only
It's been a year for all of us. So yeah, maybe you ate your feelings. If you’re anything like us, pizza was life. But being hard on yourself is counterproductive. Take a deep breath, recognize that weight gain is nothing to be ashamed of, and move forward with a positive attitude!
Set a routine
Seriously, it helps. Plan consistent mealtimes. Plan your meals ahead. Sit down at a designated location each day when you eat your meals. And journal everything you eat to make more mindful choices.
Start small
Set small, achievable goals. There's nothing more deflating than reaching for the stars and coming up flat. But those tiny wins add up to success down the road.
Get cooking
Doordash. Uber Eats. Grubhub. Postmates. goPuff. Delete them off your phone. Just kidding. But you should renew your love for food and cooking. Look for nutritious recipes and get creative in the kitchen. Skipping the takeout will go a long way.
