Netflix has gone rental.
For its new series “Blockbuster” that is.
Beginning Nov. 3 the Randall Park starring vehicle starts streaming where he plays Timmy Yoon, the manager at his hometown Blockbuster video rental store, the last one open on Earth.

The trailer follows Timmy getting the update of the store being the sole one standing and him getting down to business with his staff to save the store. His years-long crush Eliza (Melissa Fumero), wannabe movie director Carlos (Tyler Alvarez), the mom Connie (Olga Merediz), and his landlord’s daughter, Kayla (Kamaia Fairborn) make up the store's employees.
His landlord and best friend, Percy is portrayed by JB Smoove.
The trailer shows the staff dealing with workplace ordeals and outside the store life issues as well with humor and heart.
The sitcom was created by Vanessa Ramos of “Superstore” fame.
Check out “Blockbuster” when it hits Netflix Nov. 3.
