Since we are stuck inside, we aren't getting as much exercise as we usually do. We are going to start to gaining weight. But there are ways to avoid the weight gain.

2: Eat healthy snacks. I know it hard to avoid and stress eating is a real thing.
3.Drinking alcohol will make you gain weight. But most of us need it. I know I do. Keep it to a one drink Max. Thats if you're worried about weight gain.
