More than 190,000 ceiling fans sold through Home Depot are being recalled.

King of Fans, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company announced the voluntary recall on Wednesday after receiving 47 reports of the blades detaching posing an injury hazard, per the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The recall pertains to the Hampton Bay 54-inch Mara Indoor/Outdoor fans, which were sold nationwide in-store and online from April through October of 2020 for $150.

All four finishes – matte, white, matte black, black, and polished nickel – are being recalled.

The reports indicate two incidents where the detached blades hit consumers, though the seriousness of the injuries were not revealed. Another four reports involved property damage.

The notice informed consumers to “immediately stop using the fans.”

Consumer should contact the distributor of the product for a free replacement if they notice "blade movement or uneven gaps between the blades and fan body."

In the statement, the brand said the issue was attributed to an “isolated manufacturing defect” that involved inadequately secured screws.

"On behalf of King of Fans and Home Depot we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you," King of Fans wrote in the statement. "We take pride in the quality of our products and the safety of our customers is our priority."

A representative for Home Depot provided a statement to PEOPLE: "We're committed to the safety and quality of our products so we contacted the Consumer Product Safety Commission and voluntarily recalled the product and stopped sales when we discovered the issue."
