The actor and his wife, journalist Keely Shaye Brosnan, both shared sweet messages to each other on their 20th wedding anniversary, with the “Mamma Mia!” star writing “happy anniversary my darling Keely, my love forever grows with you” accompanied by shamrock and heart emojis, under side-by-side photos of the pair at red carpet events.

A photo of Shaye Brosnan wearing a tiara on top of an elegant updo and Brosnan in a tuxedo with a white bow tie was posted by the American, where she wrote “still the one! Happy 20th wedding anniversary” and thanked her husband “for the gift of your love and friendship. The world is more beautiful with you in it!”

The couple, who married in August 2001 in Ireland, has two sons together, Dylan, 24, and Paris, 20, reports People.

Brosnan, who has made a career for himself playing suave, debonair characters, is slated to appear in an upcoming romantic comedy based on the true story of how the play “Pygmalion,” which was later adapted into the Oscar-winning “My Fair Lady,” came to be.

“Not Bloody Likely” will follow along as playwright George Bernard Shaw (Brosnan) wrote “Pygmalion” in 1914 for the West End and tried to get Mrs. Pat Campbell (Helena Bonham Carter) to star as the lead, Eliza Doolittle.

The movie ultimately tracks a potential love story between the two.
