Sorry Renesmee, Taylor Lautner is getting married!
On Saturday, the “Twilight” start took to Instagram to share a few photos of the proposal, which happened on Thursday.
Lautner, 29, shared two pictures of himself popping the question to his girlfriend of three years, Tay Dome, with the caption reading simply and sweetly, "And just like that, all of my wishes came true."
The first photo was a lovely scene of the two in front of a fireplace, candles lining the floor, red roses everywhere, with a “Lautner” neon sign on the wall behind them. Taylor is on the traditional one knee, and Dome is doing that darling hands folded over mouth thing.
In the second picture, Dome is crouched down, hands wrapped around Lautner’s neck, a kiss inevitable.

As People reported, Dome, a registered nurse, posted the second photo to her own Instagram with the caption, "my absolute best friend," adding, "I CANNOT WAIT TO SPEND FOREVER WITH YOU."
Lautner commented underneath her post, writing "Got news for you, the feeling is mutual."
And what kind of rock did the former film werewolf scrounge up for his betrothed? A custom-designed oval cut diamond from Ring Concierge, reports the outlet.
Lautner’s sister, Makena Moore, was so excited that she commented twice under her brother’s post: "I'M FINALLY GETTING A SISTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And then, "My best friends are getting MARRIED!!!!!"
Fans who’ve followed the pair since they started dating around fall of 2018 were no doubt excited to see the proposal happen. Taylor and Tay frequently post cute shots since those first Halloween photos. Like in March, when Lautner made a nice birthday post for Dome.
Dome did the same for Lautner in February, captioning her birthday greeting, "This past year you've shown me the kind of sacrificial love I never knew existed. You push and support me to follow my dreams, even tho that means time away from you. You have THE biggest heart. I love you forever sweetness."
