Currently in the final leg of their 2024 stadium tour, of what happens to be the 52nd year of their legendary career, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have no plans of stopping the ride any time soon.

During a concert in Philadelphia on Friday night, Springsteen assured the crowd and rejected any notion that the band’s time on the road is coming to an end.

“We’ve been around for 50 f***in’ years, and we ain’t quitting!” Springsteen expressed. “We ain’t doing no farewell tour bulls***! Jesus Christ! No farewell tour for the E Street Band! Farewell to what? A thousand people screaming your name? Get the hell out, I ain’t going anywhere!”

If anything, despite having to postpone 20 shows in 2023 due to peptic ulcer disease and a string of 2024 European concerts postponed due to vocal issues, Springsteen is clearly eager for more, continuing to be a tour de force even with the obstacles of the last couple of years.

Springsteen and the E Street Band’s 2024 tour is set to run through late November, making stops in Washington, DC, Baltimore, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and more. Which the band will follow up with a European leg in 2025 to make up for shows previously postponed earlier this year.
