It's already a well-known fact that Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl is a fan of the glitter and glamor of the '70s, as evidenced with his band's amazing covers of The Bee Gees' most beloved tracks, under their humble moniker The Dee Gees.
Now, with the release of new music from ABBA, Grohl has stated that he is more than open to performing with the band as their drummer, in a new interview.

The Foo Fighters frontman sat down to chat with the BBC this week and aside from showing off his incredible drumming-with-his-teeth skills, Dave also dropped this little nugget into the universe: He'd like to lay drums for ABBA.
Asked about the iconic Swedish pop group's return after 40 years, Grohl gushed, "Oh my god, I’m such a big ABBA fan," adding, “when I saw that they were coming back and they had a record, I shot that link to 100 people I knew, then listened to the new song and wept like a baby. I cried like a baby. Oh man!"
“Ugh, it’s amazing. ABBA can do no wrong,” Grohl continued, before putting his wish to perform with the band out into the ether saying, "Listen, I will get up and play drums at the opening of an envelope. Show me a drum set and I will sit down to it... So yes, I would play with ABBA."
