Although KISS has officially retired, it looks like some of their royal Rock offspring have been hard at work putting together new music.

The sons of KISS icons Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons -- Evan and Nick, respectively -- have recorded 10 songs together after teasing followers with a cover of Simon & Garfunkel's “The Sound of Silence" a few months back.

According to Evan, the duo managed to keep working together and bottle some of that magic, sharing photos from a recent recording session captioned, "One song turned into 10 real quick.”

Giving followers a tease of what to expect, Evan, Nick, and their guitar player pal Jacob Bunton also posted a short clip of the trio performing another new track written just days ago. Jacob has previously worked with artists such as Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, The Doors, Billy Idol, Mötley Crüe's Mick Mars, and more.

When they’re not working together, Evan Stanley fronts the Los Angeles, CA-based group Amber Wild, and Nick Simmons is part of the shadowy L.A. electronic duo Sym Fera.
