Only two teams in the history of Major League Baseball have won more games than the 2018 Red Sox. It's a world championship team that Mookie Betts was obviously a pretty big part of.

So when the Dodgers outfielder suggests that his current team -- the one that is now ahead of San Diego 2-0 in their best-of-five Division Series -- is the best he has ever been a part of it should be notable.

"To me, it just seems like this Dodgers team throughout the organization there’s a lot more talent," Betts told the Fox Sports crew after Los Angeles' Game 1 win. "Obviously, we had a very talented group, many groups with the Sox. But it seems like throughout the organization we’re just constantly bringing up guys throwing 100. Keibert Ruiz comes in throughout the season and has a couple of knocks and I can’t even think of all of the guys that come up and contribute. But it’s just like a never-ending cycle of guys that come up that are big-league ready."

Betts' analysis stood up with the Dodgers' latest win, a dramatic 6-5 win over the Padres Wednesday night.

After the game Betts even harkened back to a former teammate when revisiting Clay Bellinger's incredible catch.

“I didn’t know it was going to go that far, but I saw him backing up and he started timing it and I figured he had a chance at that point," Betts told Fox Sports after the win. "He’s great out there. He does some amazing things. I’m just fortunate to be able to play beside Jackie (Bradley Jr.) and now (Bellinger).'
