Ryan Howard has listed his Center City condominium for sale for $5,950,000, Ryan Sharrow of The Philadelphia Business Journal reports.

The 4,200-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo has two private balconies and spans the entire 24th floor of the building at 1706 Rittenhouse Square, where the World Series champion and his family once lived.

This, of course, isn't the only residence the Howard family had, considering the Phillies first baseman made more than $190 million in his 13-year career with the team — the most of any player in franchise history, according to Ty Daubert of Phillies Nation.

Howard previously sold his home in Blue Bell, Pa., for $2.25 million back in the summer of 2016, his final season with the team. In January of 2019, he sold his Tampa Bay home, which featured a moat, for $16.5 million.

A former National League MVP and three-time All-Star, Howard spent his entire career with the Phillies, hitting 382 home runs, putting him second in franchise history to only Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt. The biggest payday for the man affectionally referred to as "The Big Piece" came when he inked a five-year/$125 million extension with the Phillies in April of 2010.
