PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A shooting in Germantown, near La Salle University, left one person dead and another injured Saturday.
Police said it happened around 5:45 p.m. on the 5500 block Devon Street, near Wister Street. An 18-year-old was shot in the head and shoulder. He was then transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead just before 6 p.m.
A 25-year-old man was also shot, twice in the back and once in the arm. He was listed in stable condition.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident. No arrests have been made at this time.
