Glowing Orbs Spotted Off The OBX Coast

Maybe we're not alone!

A man recorded what appeared to be a cluster of glowing orbs hanging in the sky off the coast of North Carolina's Outer Banks!

Guy Williams was on a ferry when he captured the footage. There is much speculation on what the orbs could be - a cluster of drones? Aircraft from a nearby military base? Visitors from another planet?
