A few of our favorite artists came together on Wednesday night for RADIO.COM Stars and Strings presented by Ram Trucks - Built to Serve, happening for the first time in Detroit. Keith Urban, Maren Morris, Lady Antebellum, and more were a part of this intimate acoustic show celebrating our nation’s military heroes and their families.
A portion of all the proceeds for this special event go to Folds Of Honor, an organization dedicated to giving back to the families of our military heroes. With Wednesday’s event, RADIO.COM has now raised more than $275,000 to support this cause.
It was a night of touching moments, important tributes, and of course amazing music as Jon Pardi, Ryan Hurd, Kelsea Ballerini, and Brett Young also took the stage. It’s an evening we’ll never forget and we hope you were able to join us. If not, here are a few of our favorite moments from Stars and Strings in Detroit.
Maren Morris Is Glowing

It's not just the lights. The singer who recently announced she was pregnant brought her trademark spunk to the stage, closing out the evening’s first act by getting the crowd on their feet to her 2017 hit “My Church.”
Urban Unites

Keith Urban is the reigning 'Entertainer of the Year' and he showed it on Wednesday night. The singer closed the evening by thanking veterans on behalf of himself, his wife Nicole Kidman and their kids, and delivered astounding acoustic versions of “Blue Ain’t Your Color” and “Coming Home.”
Pardi Party
Aaron J. Thornton / Stringer
A good time was had by all as Jon Pardi brought the fun to the Fox Theatre. He still found time for an emotional moment though, dedicating his final song of the evening, “Dirt On My Boots,” to members of the military.
Hurd At Home
Aaron J. Thornton / Stringer
Ryan Hurd gave guests an inside look at his Michigan roots by performing “Michigan for the Winter,” and joined his wife, Maren Morris, on stage.
Forever Young
Aaron J. Thornton / Stringer
Brett Young serenaded the crowd to “Mercy," and joined Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley for a special performance of "Here Tonight," a song they co-wrote together.
All In It Together

While everyone delivered amazing solo performances, it was when artists came together on stage that we enjoyed the most. Like this moment, with Jon Pardi strumming alongside Ryan Hurd and Maren Morris.
The next RADIO.COM Stars and Strings event happens on December 4 in New York, followed by Stars and Strings in Chicago on December 8.
