An 8-year-old dog is living her best life.

Lulu, a border collie in Nashville, was so loved by her owner, Bill Dorris, that when he passed away, he left her all of his wealth.

According to WTVF-TV, Lulu has inherited $5 million from her late owner. If you do the math, that’s a whole lot of treats.

The successful businessman, who never married and had no children, decided his dog should be the recipient of the funds, according to Martha Burton, Lulu’s current caretaker.

The two have bonded over the years as Burton, who was Dorris’ friend, often looked after Lulu while he was on the road.

"Well, he always left the dog for me to take care of," said Burton.

Per the will, the money is to be placed in a trust for Lulu’s care, which means she will be reimbursed for “reasonable monthly expenses in the care of Lulu.”

The trust will be handled by a conservator who will approve and reimburse Burton for Lulu’s expense.

"I don't really know what to think about it to tell you the truth. He just really loved the dog," Burton said.

While she doesn’t know if it’s possible to spend $5 million on the pampered pooch, she says she’d “like to try.”

According to the outlet, the estate is in probate and it’s not clear how much it’s worth.

It’s unclear what would happen to the money if Lulu were to pass away.
