On Tuesday morning, Odell Beckham Jr.'s father posted a video to Instagram expressing his frustration with Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield, highlighting moments when he failed to throw to a wide-open Beckham.

At this point, it's clear that Beckham no longer wants to play for the Browns. But the franchise didn't move him before Tuesday's trade deadline, which prompted further social media chatter and debate on whether he'll be with Cleveland following this season.

"This was as blatant of a trade attempt as I've ever seen. Only thing missing here was another interview with Lil Wayne saying how much he loves Odell and needs to get sent to another squad," JR said during Tuesday's edition of the JR SportBrief show. "Today was a cry to be gone... Is this his way to say I want out at the end of the year? This isn't going to work. Unfortunately for the Browns, I think we're staring a reset right in the face. "The worst-case scenario has taken place here with the Browns. They have all the talent in the world, but the chemistry doesn't work. The quarterback isn't that good... You don't need to keep around a player who doesn't want to be there. That's just Browns 101, and that's a playbook they need to tear up and destroy. They're all feeling it in the locker room when the star receiver hasn't played like a star, doesn't get the opportunities, and doesn't want to be there."

Beckham, who's played through a shoulder injury this season, was essentially an afterthought in the Browns' 15-10 home loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers this past weekend. He recorded just one catch for six yards on one target, and in six games, he has just 17 receptions for 232 yards with no touchdowns.

If Cleveland feels compelled to part ways Beckham in the offseason, it won't hurt them financially. Although the three-time Pro Bowler is under contract through 2023, he carries no guaranteed money across the next two years, according to Spotrac. By releasing or trading him in 2022, the Browns would save $15 million on their salary cap.

Cleveland (4-4), which sits in fourth place in the AFC North, will visit the rival Cincinnati Bengals (5-3) on Sunday. According to FiveThirtyEight projections, the Browns currently have a 33-percent chance to reach the playoffs and just a 10-percent chance to win the division.
