After last months’ reported death threat, Ariana Grande has been granted a five-year restraining order against Aharon Brown, who reportedly flashed a large hunting knife outside her Los Angeles house and threatened to kill her.

Brown, 23, was arrested near the singer’s home September 10 and remained in police custody after visiting her Los Angeles home multiple times, making death threats and wielding a large hunting knife, where he remained in police custody.

As gathered from the court records, initially reported by Rolling Stone, on Tuesday, a member of Grande’s security team testified about his confrontations with Brown, leading Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Reginald L. Neal to grant Grande the long-term protection order that expires October 5th, 2026.

In the order, filed September 14, requesting protection for her and husband Dalton Gomez, Grande alleges that the man, Aharon Zebulun Brown, terrorized her home for months, despite never having divulged her address to him.

Ari additionally alleged that in his third and last visit to her residence on September 10, that Brown showed up "brandishing a knife and yelling threatening statements." When confronted by her security, Brown said, "I'll f***ing kill you and her.”

Los Angeles police Detective Peter Doomanis, who arrived at the scene that September day, said in his court statement that upon his and his fellow officers arrival, Brown tried to flee on foot but was eventually detained and taken into custody.

"Upon conducting a pat down search of Mr. Brown, LAPD officers recovered a knife from Mr. Brown's front pant pocket," he said.

Also within the statement requesting the court order, Grande's manager detailed a timeline of Brown's "sporadic" visits that had been occurring since mid-February. Spanning a period of two to three weeks in total. Saying, "Mr. Brown has come to Ms. Grande's residence nearly every day," adding that Grande has never met or communicated with him. Additionally noting that the incidents started to escalate when Brown went to her home three times over 12 hours in early September.

As detailed, during his second-to-last visit on the late evening of September 9, Brown, carrying a knife, started kicking Grande's security vehicle after he was asked to vacate the property, her manager alleged. And only left her security personnel pepper-sprayed him only to return about three hours later, again knife in hand, yelling threats, prompting security to call 911.

"The fact that Mr. Brown has been regularly coming to my home for over six months terrifies me. I am also fearful because Mr. Brown has recently been coming to my home every day, has threatened violence and has brought a weapon to my home," Grande said in her statement.

She added: "Based on his threats, I am fearful for my safety and for the safety of my family. I fear that absent a restraining order, Mr. Brown will continue to come to my home and attempt to physically harm or murder me or members of my family.”
