Grohl and Kurstin’s latest venture paid tribute to David Lee Roth as the duo delivered a rocking cover of the Van Halen classic “Jump.”

“Quite possibly the loudest and proudest of hard rocking Jews, @DavidLeeRoth has gone on record crediting his Bar Mitzvah preparation as his earliest vocal training,” the duo wrote. “He became a rockstar the day he became a man: Diamond Dreidel DLR and @VanHalen …with ‘Jump.'”

Check out the video below and be sure to peep Kurstin’s incredible Eddie Van Halen themed keytar during the solo.

Grohl and Kurstin are halfway through their Hanukkah Sessions series as the Foo Fighters frontman has delivered tremendous covers of Barry Manilow, The Ramones, and Lisa Loeb.
