Jocko Willink is one of the best-known veterans in America. After leading SEAL Team 3 through some of the fiercest fighting in Iraq, Willink went on to train SEALS and eventually write several best-selling books on leadership.  His fierce, no-BS style makes his books and podcasts some of the most popular in the country.

During our interview, he shared some valuable lessons from his latest book, “Leadership Strategy and Tactics; Field Manual.”

Hear the full-length interview with Jocko:

Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) are something that medical professionals are still trying to understand. We talked with Wounded Warrior Project’s Alex Balbir, a Navy medical officer and Director of the Warrior Care Network, about how the Independence Program is helping veterans recover from TBIs.  From customized care plans to rock concerts, and the research being done to spot a TBI even quicker, Balbir shares how WWP is helping improve the lives of our veterans.

Army combat veteran Mike Reynolds suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury while serving as a medic in Iraq.  His long road to recovery had its ups and downs. But his story about working on a cattle farm is truly inspirational and shows how through hard work and the Independence Program he has built a life of power and purpose.
