The National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C. is the largest event of its kind in the United States. It is sponsored by the American Veterans Center and World War II Veterans Committee as a tradition of remembrance for those who have died serving their country. It runs along Constitution Avenue, as a running timeline of military men and women in uniform honoring the ultimate sacrifice of those who've died protecting our country.
