Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. For the Cache Creek Staycation online contest, you may enter from 12:00AM PT on Monday, April 6, 2026 through 11:59PM PT on Sunday, April 12, 2026 by going to https://www.audacy.com/eagle969/contests, clicking on this contest’s link, and completing and submitting the contest entry form. At approximately 12:00PM PT on Monday, April 13, 2026, up to One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive one (1) prize consisting of a one-night stay and $250 spa certificate to Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, California, valued at approximately $550.00, courtesy of Cache Creek Casino Resort. Any one (1) individual may only be a verified winner and receive one (1) prize one (1) time in this Contest.

KSEG – 96.9 The Eagle Classic Rock Cash Code On-Air Text Contest - Material Terms

For the 96.9 The Eagle Classic Rock Cash Code on-air text contest, you must be both 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the following California counties: Plumas, Sierra, Nevada, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Solano, Yuba, Sutter, Colusa and Yolo, at the time of entry to enter and win. Starting on Monday, March 23, 2026 and ending on Friday, April 3, 2026, listen each weekday (Monday through Friday) (each, a “Contest Day”), for the station to announce a designated keyword during the following contest play windows: (i) 8:00AM (PT) through 8:59AM (PT); (ii) 12:00PM (PT) through 12:59PM (PT); and (iii) 4:00PM (PT) through 4:59PM (PT) (each, a “Window”). Upon hearing the keyword announcement, you may enter by texting the keyword to 916-909-0969 for a chance to win that Contest Day’s prize.
