Human remains found in Roseville, CA have been identified.
According to Fox 40, the remains found in 2019 are positively identified as Joseph David Sill, who lived in the Sacramento and Roseville areas for several years. Police say Sill was homeless and known to spend time at Loaves and Fishes.
Sill's family say they last spoke with him in early 2016. He was reported missing in April 2017.
