Joe Exotic's team is so confident that he will be pardoned by President Trump before his departure that they have an entire celebration planned.
According to Metro (via Daily Mail), Exotic's rep, Eric Love, says they "have good reason to believe [a pardon] will come through. We're confident enough that we already have a limousine parked about half a mile from the prison."
Love added that a group of makeup and wardrobe will arrive to pick Joe Exotic up from prison and his first order of business will be to get his hair done. Then they'll "probably go and get some pizzas, steak, maybe a McRib."
Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, was sentenced in January 2020 to 22 years in prison in connection with a 2017 murder-for-hire plot against Carole Baskin. He's been fighting to get a pardon from President Trump ever since.
