Rae Focus bottle next to box in front of computer keyboard on desk

I've recently started looking into supplements to help promote focus while I'm at work, because I'm pretty sure I have undiagnosed ADHD. I'm not really up for figuring out the whole medication thing, so supplements seem like the way to go.

Through my research, I've found a bunch of options that promise better brain function and focus at work or school. Most of them require you to pay for a three-month supply, and of course it's all expensive.

But I just picked up these Focus liquid supplements by Rae because I feel it's my most promising option (hopefully). Focus is a blend of GABA, L-theanine, and magnesium to promote a "sense of calm + support mental cognition."

You can take two drops by mouth daily, or add the drops to a hot or cold beverage.

I'll be honest, I've only tried one drop so far. Maybe it's a placebo effect, maybe it's actually working...either way, I really do feel more focused while I type this and feel more motivated than I did this morning.

If you want to try it out, find it at Target and check it out online here.
