Aries: If you've found yourself recently single, or you're eager to get back into the dating scene again, it's best that you wait to get back out there. Dating right now will drain your energy and make you feel completely exhausted, and we want you feeling your best right now. Venus is currently retrograde, and Mercury goes retrograde beginning January 14, 2022; both of these times are inopportune for meeting someone new or having a successful go at a relationship. So in the meantime, take it easy and take care of yourself first.
Leo: You're having a hard time forgiving yourself for a past mistake at work. Now's the time to get over it, give yourself some grace, and move on with your life because you're on to bigger and better things. Once you begin to move forward, you'll notice more balance coming into your life again. This is balance in your workload, work-life balance, etc. You may even encounter a new opportunity where changes are made to your contract or you're asked to sign a new one with a new employer. Keep in mind that Mercury Retrograde is an awful time to sign a contract; it starts January 14 and won't clear until early February. Wait to sign if you can; otherwise, make sure you fully understand exactly what you're signing and that there's a layer of protection for you in case things turn sour.
Sagittarius: With the upcoming phase of Mercury Retrograde (beginning January 14), you may have a chance encounter with an ex. It's not really advised to get back together with an ex during Mercury Retrograde, however, if you do decide to have a conversation about getting back together, there is some major baggage that the two of you will NEED to let go of in order to give your relationship a chance. This is about forgiveness. Forgiving yourself, forgiving them, forgiving each other. Find forgiveness first and foremost. It's easier said than done, but this is necessary to move forward (even if you don't end up getting back together).
