The 49ers are going into Sunday night with a relatively healthy group given the circumstances. The Dallas Cowboys had a surprise, last-minute scratch.
Here are the 49ers' inactives:

- K Jake Moody
- OL Ben Bartch
- CB Rock Ya-Sin
- LB Jalen Graham
Despite Jennings' absence, the 49ers will have George Kittle (foot sprain), Chris Conley (ankle sprain), Deebo Samuel (pneumonia) and Deommodore Lenoir (illness). Lenoir came down with an illness over the weekend, and his availability against CeeDee Lamb will be substantial.
Dallas, meanwhile, is without running back Rico Dowdle. They have a pathetic running game and bumped up Dalvin Cook from the practice squad. It will be him and Ezekiel Elliott.
