An employee at a Texas Domino's received a citation after assaulting a co-worker for spoiling the Avengers movie.
Local police were called on Sunday were Justin Surface, 33, recieved the citation. The victim contacted police and says that he was attacked by his co-worker.
"That's hilarious. That just seemed kind of insane that they would do that over a movie," said a customer. "Maybe they were really wanting to go see it, but I feel like if they were that into it, they should have pre-ordered tickets."
