Since she became temporary co-host of the legendary game show "Jeopardy" last fall, fans have picked on some of the “Call Me Kat” actress’ hosting quirks. But the latest one is taking things to a whole new level.

As Drew Barrymore explained while interviewing Bialik recently, fans have been noting that Bialik made the monumental mistake of wearing a rust-colored sweater blazer more than once while hosting.

Considering a few episodes are usually taped in one day, one might expect this wardrobe mishap to happen. For her part, Bialik took an irreverent stance on the whole “controversy.”

“My mother actually mentioned this to me before it was anywhere else,” Bialik said to Barrymore. “Maybe she started it.”

“A lot of people are saying, ‘Oh, she’s already worn that jacket,’” Barrymore clarified. “With no attitude, no negativity, there’s nothing slanderous or upsetting about it. Just absolute observant, obsessive commenting.”

Bialik sarcastically quipped, "It's a shocking color! But it was autumn."

The "Big Bang Theory" star did offer a slightly more serious double-standard critique of this kind of fashion judgment.

“For men in these hosting positions,” she said, “they also change clothes every episode, but they wear, you know, a blues suit, a grey suit, a black suit; and maybe they change the ties. So it’s less noticeable.”

Barrymore quickly came to her defense. “But I like when people repeat something, because that’s what normal life is.”

Then Bialik stated as she glanced over her outfit, “I’ve never worn this. This is just for you!”

As Today reported, Bialik is expected to host future special episodes of “Jeopardy!” through the end of July 2022, when a new permanent host is expected to be announced. After initially being okay with the temporary situation, Bialik has expressed interest in winning that permanent hosting gig.

But aside from her new sitcom, “Call Me Kat,” Bialik has just released her first directorial effort, “As They Made Us,” plus there were even whispers of a reboot of her first big TV hit, “Blossom,” floating out there. Bialik did tell Barrymore that while there are no concrete plans, she and "Blossom" creator, Don Reo, have been working on a dramatic reboot script for years.

Maybe she’s just so busy she doesn’t have time to go shopping?
