When Jasmine speaks, millions listen. Known for her powerful voice, warm spirit and infectious personality, this award-winning media maven has broken barriers. She has become a multi-media powerhouse, youth mentor and burgeoning author. She dominates the airwaves daily alongside comedian and TV star, D.L Hughley, as co-host of the top-ranked, nationally syndicated "DL Hughley Show”. When not blazing the airwaves, she seizes opportunities in her other passion, television. This superwoman has made quite a name for herself in the media industry. Jasmine's extensive media experience includes a highly rated mid-day show at New York's legendary WBLS and co-host of two nationally syndicated programs - "Skip Murphy in The Afternoon" and "The Afternoon Jam Session" with Brian McKnight. Jasmine most recently premiered her new podcast “Brunch Therapy with Jasmine Sanders” available on iTunes and Google Play.
Jasmine has been featured in a wide variety of internet and print publications, which include Urban Radio Nation, Sister 2 Sister, EUR Web and AOL’s Black Voices. In addition, she was featured as a music expert and pop-culture pundit for Billboard Magazine, WTFV/CBS News Channel 5 and WTVC/ABC News Channel 9. She is the recipient of many career achievement awards including being named at the top of Girl’s Incorporated’s “Most Influential Women” list and recognition by NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment).
Jasmine does not take her success in vain, as she is very passionate in her work as a youth mentor and bringing awareness to Adoption. Jasmine’s compelling story of success - from foster care, being a teenage mother, to surviving sexual and domestic abuse - creates a platform not only for her to mentor but also to motivate women all over the world.
