Dylan Scott focuses on ‘stayin’ level, stayin’ grounded’ when it comes to his mental health

With tour dates scheduled throughout the summer, two young kids and a buzzin’ career, there’s a lot to balance if you’re Dylan Scott, which is why the 32-year-old is sure to prioritize his mental health.

While Scott admits it can be easy to get overwhelmed during such busy times, he finds it a lot easier to manage when he maintains a positive mental health space. How does he do it? Daily tips to the gym.

“One thing I do every day to maintain my mental health is going to the gym,” shared Scott. “I do it every day. Even if it’s a day where I don’t need to go to the gym, it’s still a good release, good to get away and it really helps me as far as stayin’ level, stayin’ grounded and stayin’ who I am.”
