Anyone who has traveled throughout Texas knows the Lone Star state has some of the most beautiful views in the entire country. While the big cities have some incredible features, the small towns throughout the state are full of incredible sights. That’s why a recent study included 15 different Texas cities on the list of the 120 most picturesque small towns in America.

North Carolina Travel Guides recently unveiled the results of a study that compared over 500 small towns to find the most picturesque sights in the country. The study had travel experts judge the cities based on search trends, popularity with photographers and photography popularity with the general public. According to Fort Worth Star Telegram, Texas had the most cities on the list, including the number on spot.

Taking the top spot on the list was Fredericksburg. The other Texas cities on the list were Nacogdoches, Boerne, West, Dripping Springs, San Elizario, Bandera, Rockport, Brenham, Gruene, Wimberley, Granbury, Round Top, Driftwood and Port Aransas. With these cities, Texas may just be the most beautiful state in America.
