We've all fallen victim to being distracted by window washers, especially if your office is in a high-rise building.

It's a dangerous profession for sure, but an Israeli-based company wants to remove that danger and has just introduced the U.S. to their new, spider-like window washing robots that are powered by AI.

And they launched right here in North Texas!

The Israeli-based company Verbotics debuted its spider-like AI window washing robots by cleaning the 17Seventeen McKinney building in uptown Dallas.

Verbotics CEO Ido Genosar told CBS News, "We combine a lot of AI algorithm, vision, and different sensors to actually build and simplify this environment to make it very easy."

The robots are controlled by a single person using a tablet.  Not only do they clean windows, but the robots also inspect buildings and can notify landlords of any issues.

And why deciding to launch in Dallas?

Genosar explained, "We decided to [launch in] Texas because we believe that today it's one of the fastest growing states here in the U.S., and we've seen the demand here in the market."
