Anybody who has to regularly drive through North Texas knows how much of a pain it is to drive regularly through North Texas.
We can all take some solace in the fact that our plight is recognized nationally.
A new list from Forbes ranked the worst cities in the U.S. to drive in, and to nobody around here's surprise, both Dallas AND Fort Worth made the top ten.
According to WFAA, the study analyzed several factors among cities with 100,000 residents, including "the number of fatal accidents, fatal accidents involving a drunk driver, fatal accidents involving a distracted driver, and fatal accidents involving speeding."
Based on these metrics, Fort Worth ranked as the ninth worst city to drive in in the country, and Dallas came in at No. 6.

1 - Albuquerque, New Mexico 2 - Memphis, Tennessee 3 - Detroit, Michigan 4 - Tucson, Arizona 5 - Kansas City, Missouri 6 - Dallas, Texas 7 - Louisville, Kentucky 8 - Phoenix, Arizona 9 - Fort Worth, Texas 10 - Tampa, Florida
Other Texas cities to make the top 25 include San Antonio at No. 12, El Paso at No. 20, Houston at No. 23, and Austin at No. 24.
