Texas is beef country, so it should come as no surprise that Texas is well-represented on the list of the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants.
In fact, two of those establishments are right here in DFW!
Knife came in at No. 47, and Nuri Steakhouse ranked No. 84.
The publication said this about Knife:
In the heart of Dallas, Knife by Chef John Tesar has long stood as a bold reimagining of the American steakhouse—a place where dry-aged beef, culinary precision and Texan swagger converge to create one of the most compelling meat-centric experiences in Texas.
And of Nuri, they said:
Nuri Steakhouse, located in Uptown Dallas, offers a luxurious dining experience that seamlessly blends traditional steakhouse fare with Korean culinary influences. The restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Mario Hernandez, whose background includes prestigious kitchens such as Gordon Ramsay North America. Complementing his expertise is Culinary Director Minji Kim, a well-recognised chef from Seoul, South Korea.
The top-rated steak restaurant in the world was Don Julio in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
