If you plan on flying out of DFW Airport this October, you might have to watch out for runners on the runway.
On October 5, DFW is hosting the “5K on the Runway,” a 5k race on one of the airport’s runways which will be held in honor of its 50th anniversary.
According to NBC DFW, the registration fee to race is $75 and includes a commemorative t-shirt, medal, and professional timing for each participant.
Interested runners can register at dfwairport5k.com. You must be 18 years old.
