It may not be the most famous home in Dallas-Fort Worth, but it certainly has one of the most notable features.
A house in Fort Worth just hit the market for $2.8 million, and its most coveted centerpiece might just be its front door.
You may be asking yourself how that can be possible, it's just a door after all.
Well this door, according to WFAA, was designed by the same artisan who restored the Statue of Liberty, was custom-made for the New York apartment of former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
Joseph Berkes with the Joseph Berkes Group at Williams Trew said, "To incorporate design pieces tied to Jackie O—a woman celebrated worldwide for her timeless elegance—is something you almost never see, especially in Fort Worth," says Joseph Berkes with the Joseph Berkes Group at Williams Trew. "It gives the home a level of historical and stylistic depth that's truly special."
The home, located at 1720 Western Avenue, has four beds, five full baths, and is 5,000 square feet.
